Quarter Final - England (3) v (2) Cameroon - England qualified for their first World Cup semi-final since 1966 with a dogged display against Cameroon. England took a 1-0 lead in at the break but the introduction of Cameroon's talisman Roger Milla turned the game and Cameroon scored 2 goals in 4 minutes to take a 2-1 lead. But England weren't done and forced Extra-time with a penalty in the 83rd minute. Once in extra-time, England found the one piece of skill to win the game, winning and converting another penalty, and then held on to book their place in Turin. The England goals came from David Platt and Gary Lineker (2).
