Qualifier - England (8) @ (0) Turkey - England continued their unbeaten start to their qualification campaign with a huge win in Istanbul. England started well and led 3-0 at the half, and never let up in the 2nd half, scoring 5 more goals and coasting home. The goals came from captain Bryan Robson (3), Tony Woodcock (2), John Barnes (2) and Viv Anderson, his 1st for England. England also featured Kenny Sansom, Terry Butcher, Ray Wilkins and Peter Withe. On the same disc is 30 minutes of hi-lites of the 1980 Switzerland @ England game (8, 1 hour 12 minutes hi-lites, 1 Disc, ITV - Moore/Clemence, PAL)

World Cup Group F - England (3) v (0) Poland - England finally found their feet in the World Cup with a big win in Monterey and qualified for the knockout 2nd round. A hat-trick for Gary Lineker doomed Poland, with all the goals coming in the 1st half. England also featured Peter Beardsley and Glenn Hoddle. Poland were led by Zbigniew Boniek (8, 1 Disc, Official video with commentary from Gary Bloom, PAL)

World Cup 2nd Round - England (3) v (0) Paraguay - England continued their good form with a big win over Paraguay. After surviving early pressure from the South Americans, England sealed the win with goals from Gary Lineker (2) and Peter Beardsley. England also featured Alvin Martin and Peter Reid (9, 1 Disc, BBC - Motson/Brooking, PAL)

World Cup Quarter Final - Argentina (2) v (1) England - Argentina's captain Diego Maradona showed the best and Worst of his game with 2 equally memorable goals to knock England out of the tournament. His 1st goal was the "Hand of God" as he punched the ball into the net. The 2nd goal was arguably the greatest World Cup goal ever as he picked the ball up in his own half and beat 5 players to score the winning goal. Gary Lineker scored a late consolation goal but Argentina held on to win (2 versions : 9, Pre-Game and Post-Game included, 2 Discs, BBC - Davies/Hill, PAL / 8, Partial Pre-Game, 2 Discs, BBC - Davies/Hill, PAL)

World Cup Final - West Germany (2) v (3) Argentina - In the Azteca Stadium, Argentina claimed their 2nd World Cup in 3 tournaments, holding off a strong West Germany team. Argentina led 1-0 at the half and 2-0 after 56 minutes, but West Germany fought back to tie the game with 9 minutes to go. With Extra-Time looming, Midfielder Jorge Burruchaga popped up to give Argentina the lead again and they held on to take the win. The other Argentina goals came from José Luis Brown and Jorge Valdano. The West Germany goals came from Karl-Heinz Rummenigge and Rudi Voller. Argentina also featured player-of-the-tournament Diego Maradona (8, ESPN re-broadcast with slight pixellation, 1 Disc, ITV - Moore/Atkinson, PAL)
