Italian Serie A - Lazio (3) @ (4) Napoli - #3 Napoli continued their chase of a Scudetto with a sensational comeback win against #5 Lazio. Lazio took a 2-0 lead early in the 2nd half with goals from Stefano Mauri and Andre Dias before Napoli levelled the game with 2 goals in 2 minutes from Andrea Dossena and Edinson Cavani. Lazio re-took the lead with an own goal before Cavani completed his hat-trick with 2 more goals, the 2nd coming with 2 minutes remaining. The game ended with a small bust-up where the referee booked a player that had already been booked but failed to send him off. Italian Serie A - Sampdoria (1) @ (2) Genoa - In the "Derby della Lanterna", the designated home side Genoa sensationally beat their big rivals with the last kick of the game. A 1st half goal by Antonio Floro Flores of Genoa was cancelled out by a 2nd half goal by Nicola Pozzi for Sampdoria but, with the game seemingly destined for a tie, Genoa's Mauro Boselli popped up with his 1st ever goal for Genoa with the last kick of the game to win the match. Italian Super Cup - Inter Milan (1) v (2) AC Milan - The annual battle of the Italian Serie A winners and the Italian Cup winners pitted the 2 big rivals against each other for the 1st time in the competition's history and it was Milan that took the Cup with a 2nd half comeback. Inter led 1-0 at the half after a Wesley Sneijder free-kick but Milan fought back after the break with goals from Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Kevin Prince Boateng to take the win. Italian Serie A - Atalanta (1) @ (3) Juventus - In their final game of the season, Juventus celebrated their 28th title with an easy win over Atalanta. Goals from Luca Marrone, Alessandro Del Piero and Andrea Barzagli did the damage with a Stephan Lichtsteiner own-goal the lone reply. The win meant that Juve finished the Serie 'A' season unbeaten. Italian Coppa Italia Semi-Final, 2nd Leg - AC Milan (2) @ (2) Juventus - Juventus booked a place in their 14th Coppa Italia final with an Extra-Time win over AC Milan.
