Group H - Wolfsburg (1) @ (4) Everton - In their 1st European game in 4 years, Everton made an emphatic start to their campaign with a big home win. Everton were 2-0 up at the half with goals from Seamus Coleman and an own goal, then sealed the win with 2 more goals from Leighton Baines and Kevin Mirallas. A last minute goal for Wolfsburg from Ricardo Rodriguez made the score more respectable (10, 2 Discs, ITV - Tyldesley/Townsend, PAL)

Last 32, 2nd Leg - Roma (2) @ (1) Feyenoord - In a tense and hostile atmosphere at the De Kuip arena in Rotterdam, Roma managed to advance to the next round with a 2nd half winner. Roma led 1-0 at the half and things looked bad for Feyenoord at the start of the 2nd half when they had 2 players sent off and the game was interrupted for 20 minutes due to crowd disturbance. But Feyenoord sensationally equalised before Roma re-took the lead 3 minutes later with a game-winning goal from Gervinho. The other Roma goal came from Adem Ljajic. The Feyenoord goal came from Elvis Manu (10, 2 Discs, BT Sport - Drury/Robson, PAL)

Final - Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk (2) v (3) Sevilla - Sevilla retained the Europa League title and claimed a record 4th title with a shootout win in Warsaw. The teams were tied at 2-2 at the half but Sevilla took charge in the 2nd half and sealed the win with the winning goal in the 73rd minute. The Sevilla goals came from Grzegorz Krychowiak, playing in his home town, and 2 goals from Carlos Bacca. The Dnipro goals came from captain Ruslan Rotan and Nikola Kalinic (10, 2 Discs, ITV - Matterface/Townsend, PAL)
