Barcelona capitalised with 3 more goals and even survived having a player of their own sent off in the 73rd minute. Group G - Leicester City (3) @ (0) Bruges - Leicester City celebrated the first Champions League match in their history with a comfortable win in Belgium. After a shaky start, Leicester took control and goals from Marc Albrighton and Riyad Mahrez (2) gave the Foxes a win that moved them to the top of their group (10, 2 Discs, BT Sport - Darke/Savage, PAL)

Group G - Porto (0) @ (1) Leicester City - Leicester City celebrated the first ever home Champions League match with a tight win at the King Power Stadium. The Foxes took the lead with a 25th minute goal from Islam Slimani then held on in the 2nd half as Porto but pressure on the Leicester Defense. Group G - Copenhagen (0) @ (1) Leicester City - Leicester continued their unbeaten run in the group with a home win against the other unbeaten team in the group. Last 16, 1st Leg - Napoli (1) @ (3) Real Madrid - Real Madrid took an important lead in the tie, surviving a quick start by the visitors in Madrid. Napoli took the lead in the 9th minute with an outrageous 30 yard goal from Lorenzo Insigne but the hosts re-grouped to score 3 unanswered goals to give themselves a chance of progressing to the next round. The Spanish champions were 5-3 down on aggregate in the 88th minute, but scored three goals in the final seven minutes including the game-winner with the final kick of the match. Last 16, 1st Leg - Leicester City (1) @ (2) Sevilla - Leicester escaped from Seville with an away goal to give themselves a chance in the 2nd Leg. Seville dominated the game, holding an advantage in possession (73% to 27%) and in shots (22 to 7), but Seville paid for poor finishing when Leicester scored with a goal from Jamie Vardy in the 73rd minute to give the visitors hope for the 2nd leg. Last 16, 2nd Leg - Sevilla (0) @ (2) Leicester City - In a sensational game at the King Power Stadium, Leicester over-turned a 1st leg deficit to beat favoured Sevilla and advance to the Quarter Finals for the first time ever. A 1st half goal from captain Wes Morgan gave them the aggregate lead on away goals and a 2nd half goal from Marc Albrighton gave them a cushion that meant a Sevilla goal would only force extra-time. Sevilla pushed for the goal but once again Leicester goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel proved the hero, pulling off a couple of saves and also saving a late penalty. Quarter Final, 1st Leg - Barcelona (0) @ (3) Juventus - Juventus completely shut-down the high-scoring Catalans and took a big lead into the 2nd leg. Juve pressed in Defense and took their chances in attack to go 2-0 up after 22 minutes. Barcelona couldn't find the breakthrough and Juventus secured the win with a 3rd goal after 55 minutes. Quarter Final, 1st Leg - Real Madrid (2) @ (1) Bayern Munich - In a shootout between the top teams in the Bundesliga and La Liga, it was the Spaniards who fought back from a goal down to take a decisive lead in the tie. Bayern started the better and dominated the 1st half, taking a 1-0 lead in at the half. But Real Madrid equalised early in the 2nd half and when Bayern had a man sent off, the Spaniards took the lead and dominated the rest of the game. Quarter Final, 2nd Leg - Bayern Munich (2) @ (4) Real Madrid - In a sensational game at the Bernabeu, Real Madrid finally shook off the Germans in extra-time to book a place in the Semi-Final. Down 2-1 after the 1st leg, Bayern fought back to level the scores on aggregate in the 77th minute. The game went into extra-time where Real Madrid scored 3 goals in 8 minutes to seal the win. The star of the show was Real Madrid's Cristiano Ronaldo who scored 3 goals, making him the 1st person to score 100 Champions League goals. The other Real Madrid goal came from Marco Asensio. Quarter Final, 1st Leg - Monaco (3) @ (2) Borussia Dortmund - Live coverage of the pre-game of the game that was abandoned when a bomb blast went off next to the Dortmund team bus as the players were leaving their hotel. With the win, Real Madrid booked their place in their 2nd straight Champions League final. Semi-Final, 1st Leg - Juventus (2) @ (0) Monaco - Juventus put one foot in their 2nd Champions League final in three seasons with a strong game against high-scoring Monaco. Semi-Final, 2nd Leg - Monaco (1) @ (2) Juventus - Italian champions Juventus booked a place in their second Champions League final in three seasons with a comfortable 4-1 aggregate win over Monaco. Juventus ended any chance of a comeback by Monaco by scoring 2 goals in the 1st half from Mario Mandzukic and Dani Alves. Final - Juventus (1) v (4) Real Madrid - Real Madrid claimed their 12th European Cup with a strong win in Cardiff. With the win Real Madrid became the 1st team to ever win back-to-back titles. Despite early pressure from the Italians, Real Madrid scored first only for Juventus to equalise and send both teams in at the break level. The 2nd half belonged to Real Madrid, as they pressed the Italians and took their chances when they arrived. 2 goals in a 3 minute spell gave the Spanish an unassailable lead and they sealed the win with a 4th goal in injury time. The Real Madrid goals came from Cristiano Ronaldo (2), Casemiro and Marco Asensio. The Juventus goal came from Mario Mandzukic, an awesome overhead kick from the edge of the penalty area.
