Quarter Final, 1st Leg - Manchester United (1) @ (3) Real Madrid - Real Madrid showed their class with a dominating win over the English champions. 1st half goals from Raul (2) and Luis Figo were answered by a 2nd half goal from Ruud Van Nistelrooy but United lost Paul Scholes and Gary Neville for the 2nd leg with bookings. Real also featured Zinedine Zidane, Ronaldo, Roberto Carlos and Fernando Hierro. Quarter Final, 2nd Leg - Real Madrid (3) @ (4) Manchester United - In his last European Cup game for Manchester United, David Beckham came off the bench to score twice but the evening belonged to Ronaldo who scored a hat-trick.
