Swimming - Womens 400m Freestyle Final - A fantastic finish saw Great Britain claim Gold with Rebecca Adlington and Bronze with Jo Jackson. Rowing - Mens Coxless Fours Final - Great Britain won Gold with a come-from-behind victory over the Australians and continued their dominance in the event with their 3rd consecutive Olympic title. Athletics - Mens 100 metres Final - Jamaican Usain Bolt won a sensational final in a new World Record time of 9.69 seconds, coasting home with 10 metres to go.
