Regular Season - Houston Texans (24) @ (21) Kansas City Chiefs - The Texans exploded on the Chiefs in the 2nd half highlighted by DB Marcus Coleman's 102 yard interception return TD. Regular Season - Arizona Cardinals (28) @ (31) San Francisco 49ers - San Francisco clawed back a 16 point deficit with 5 minutes left to force overtime. 49ers QB Tim Rattay (38-57-417- 2) was the architect of the comeback with both of his TD passes coming in the 4th quarter. 31/10/04 - New England Patriots (20) @ (34) Pittsburgh Steelers - The Steelers finally ended the Patriots record-breaking unbeaten streak with a big home win. Rookie Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger (18-24-196-2) moved to 5-0 as a starter and overshadowed Patriots QB Tom Brady (25-43-271-2). The Steelers led 24-10 at the half and were never threatened in the 2nd half and ended the Patriots regular season win streak at 18 games and overall win streak at 21 games, both NFL records. The Steelers also featured RB's Duce Staley (25-125-0) and Jerome Bettis (15-65-1). Regular Season - Atlanta Falcons (41) @ (28) Denver Broncos - In a wild offensive game, both teams QB's put up impressive numbers. Atlanta QB Michael Vick was sensational with 252 yards passing and 115 yards rushing. Denver QB Jake Plummer threw for a team record 499 yards and 4 TD's, en-route to a team record 567 yards of total offense. Regular Season - Oakland Raiders (25) @ (24) Denver Broncos - The Raiders upset the Broncos in the snow of Invesco field. Raiders QB Kerry Collins (26-45-339-4) was spectacular, shredding the Broncos defense.
