Regular Season - Houston Texans (21) @ (20) Miami Dolphins - The Texans defeated the Dolphins in the 1st ame of the season as kicker Kris Brown kicked a 35 yard FG with 25 seconds left. Regular Season - Jacksonville Jaguars (20) @ (24) Houston Texans - The Texans QB David Carr (23-36-234-1) won the game with a last play 1 yard TD run to upset the debut of Jaguars QB Byron Leftwich (17-36-231-1). Carr led the team downfield to the win in the final 2:42 and sent the Texans to 2-2. The Texans featured WR Andre Johnson and Domanick Davis. Regular Season - Indianapolis Colts (38) @ (35) Tampa Bay Buccaneers - On Monday Night Football, Colts Head Coach Tony Dungy returned to former employer, Tampa Bay. The Bucs showed no mercy, racing to a 35-14 lead with 4 minutes left in the game. 22/12/03 - Green Bay Packers (41) @ (7) Oakland Raiders - On Monday Night Football, Packers QB Brett Favre paid tribute to his father who passed away days earlier with perhaps his best game ever. Regular Season - Jacksonville Jaguars (20) @ (19) New Orleans Saints - The Saints needed a win to stay in contention for a playoff spot but were trailing 20-13 on the last play of the game. With 75 yards to go it needed a miracle play and QB Aaron Brooks provided it. After a multi-lateral pass, WR Jerome Pathon dived into the end-zone with no time on the clock. Regular Season - Minnesota Vikings (17) @ (18) Arizona Cardinals - The Vikings only needed to win to claim the NFC Central title and reach the playoffs. But a last play 28 yard TD pass from QB Josh McCown to WR Nate Poole knocked them out of the playoffs (9, 1 Disc, FOX - Meyers/Romanowski, NTSC)
Pro Bowl - AFC (52) v (55) NFC - In the highest scoring Pro Bowl ever, the game was settled by a last play missed FG. NFC QB Marc Bulger (12-21-152-4) and AFC QB Peyton Manning (22-41-342-3) had big days.
